Position Title: Sales Representative

Department: Field Sales, Commercial Function

Reporting line: Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager

Strategic purpose of the position: Responsible for effective and efficient implementation of PicOS, overall and specified promotions in individual designated outlets by ensuring all activities are properly carried out according to the Quality, Availability, Affordability and Perfect Execution (QAAP) standards


Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively implement the 6 steps call 
  • Effectively and efficiently implementing the Picture of Success (PicOS) 
  • Regularly visiting customers according to Journey Route Plan generated from current available support system 
  • SFA and provide excellent sales and customer service, and report any change of customers 
  • Continuously and gradually achieving monthly sales target set 
  • Ensure healthy of all product range in all outlets of designated area 
  • Establish, maintain and develop positive relationships with all outlets 
  • Expand new business opportunities through:
    • Opening of new outlets within the designated area of coverage 
    • Identifying, initiating and selling-in of consumer promotions 
    • Ensuring selling-out of CAMBREW’s products/brands from the outlets 
    • Creating exclusive outlets 
  • Share best practice and key success/failure learning to the tea


Professional qualification and competencies:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers 
  • Basic knowledge in assigned territories 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills 
  • Basic research and analytical skills 
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
  • Fluency in Khmer and ideally in English, both written and spoken 
  • Professional selling skill 
  • Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline 
  • Fresh graduate is applicable
  • Positive attitude towards beer and alcohol industry


Educational / minimum requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary School/Certificate holders 
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in selling FMCG products 
  • Passionate and commitment in achieving results 
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and willing to work under pressure and long hours with minimum supervision
  • Integrity, Trustworthy and reliable 
  • Good communication skills
